College Administration

The administration of the College of Dentistry facilitates administrative and financial procedures for its staff and seeks to enhance the level and quality of productivity and implement strategic plans in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.


Duties & Responsibilities

The college administration is responsible for the following tasks:

  • Application and implementation of administrative and financial regulations and systems at the university.
  • The immediate reporting of all college staff at the start of work.
  • Monitoring the development of administrative tasks for the units under the college administration and any new developments.
  • Supervising attendance and absence records and organizing regular vacations for the college staff, including administrators, technicians, users, and workers, and approving their enjoyment according to the regulations.
  • Following up and executing the contractors' requests at the college regarding passports, residency, visas, and travel tickets.
  • Direct communication with all its counterpart departments within the university regarding financial, administrative, service, safety, and security matters.
  • Supervision and follow-up on the annual order, which involves preparing and securing educational and medical supplies such as equipping classrooms, clinics, and laboratories.
  • Maintaining the college's property and monitoring the recorded liabilities of the college and its members.

  • Faculty and Staff Affairs – Handles recruitment, employment policies, benefits, and professional development.
  • Administrative Communications – Manages official correspondence, document handling, and record-keeping.
  • Educational Tools & Classroom Management – Ensures proper maintenance and availability of classrooms and teaching resources.

  • College Administrative & Laboratory Warehouse – Manages inventory and supplies for academic and laboratory operations.
