Rehabilitation center visits, Abha

KKUCOD plans to conduct rehabilitation center visits in the Abha region with the objective of extending basic dental treatment services to patients with special needs at the rehabilitation centers. This program will involve a weekly (every Monday) visit to the in-house special needs center with a team of 8–12 intern doctors and 2 faculty supervisors. Basic dental treatments, like oral prophylaxis and restorations, will be carried out. Patients needing advanced treatment will be referred to KKUCOD clinics. This will be an ongoing community services program starting on January 30, 2023.
